Ancient Italian console, Louis XVI style, carved in gilded wood, a quality work carried out towards the end of the XVIII century by Genoese workers.

Height 88 cm, width 103 cm, depth 54 cm.
The furniture is embraced on the fascia by an elegant ornamental apparatus, characterized by the typical motifs of the neoclassical repertoire, with garlands, stylized flowers and oak branches.
Refined festoons of laurel leaves descend from the band, giving a pleasant sense of harmony to the structure, while the four slender legs are delineated by a fluted truncated cone shape, adorned with a rich foliated capital.
The console is complete with a marble shelf "Broccatello di Spagna", original of the era, characterized by a golden yellow background with purplish-red shades.
Very good state of preservation.
